The problem with giveaways is only one person wins the grand prize, which is frankly a bit rude of the Universe. Nobody in Camp Amy is leaving empty handed because I’m making my newest book free all weekend just for you to try out.
First, a quick introduction, in case you hit “yes please” on a giveaway and then immediately forgot what you signed up for (no shade whatsoever, my TBR pile has its own postcode).
If you don’t already know I write mythic urban fantasy and paranormal romance for adults. Think ancient history, archaeology and mythology, with romance running all the way through rather than sprinkled on top. I have a deep love of crossroad cities — Venice, Istanbul, Alexandria — places where centuries and civilizations stack on top of each other until you can’t tell where one ends and the next begins, so that’s where my characters tend to live. Magicians who survived the fall of Atlantis and are still knocking about the Venetian canals. Immortal protectors guarding Ma’at (the balance between good and evil) in Istanbul. Firebirds, Baba Yaga, Arthurian legend, Norse gods, a cursed saint in Melbourne with a sassy talking cat, there’s a bit of everything around here.
